Standard Terms of Service.

- As a commissioner you own a non exclusive license that lets you publish the drawing in certain circumstances: your blog, your personal website, social media, this kind of non commercial publication; always crediting me as the artist, and, if possible, including a link to this site (help me spread the word!). If you need the picture for comercial publication, you must inform me first so we can make an agreement.
- Except agreement apart, I own the copyright of the picture I drawn based in your description, that means I can reproduce that picture whenever and wherever I need. For example: I can publish it in my website, or in an artbook.
- When I'm drawing a portrait based in a photo of a relative of yours I won't publish that drawing if you or the person depicted manifests against to that publication.
- When I'm drawing a character of your own creation, you own your character. But if you don't describe the characters for a scene, the characters I will draw will be of my own, then I will own those characters.
- I will not draw copyrighted characters (others than yours), extreme violence or illegal pornography.
